Chapter 1 - The Escape Part 3

The personal body guard retinue for the Prince Jua was  known as the D10C. There were 10 personal body guards and and 10 in reserves.   They have known Prince Jua since he came to be part of the governing family.  His cousin  and his wife have taking care of him.  Even though they where distant cousins he in many cases felt as if  he was their son for they were both 25 years older than him. He was now 20. He finished his primary, secondary, and tertiary studies at the age of 20. Most were not finished until the age of 25. He was thinking about doing a quintenary in political science when the unrest thrust him into the forefront of the coming storm.      

Prince Jua and the captain stood within the command center. The rest all stood and watch. There was nothing they could done. The anti-electrical tractor beam rendered all electrical systems inert. However, the many of the insurgent ships had a non-electrical  power source that allowed them to still communication and power weapons up to a certain point. The rest of the ship was dark with just the glow of the fluorescents give light. The 75 men and women have all go to there respective stations and  now waited there fate in the eerie light darkness glow. However, there was much excitement outside of the ships as the D10C continue to massive gun run to the tank in order blast a hole so to get the escape capsule out. The huge guns with it revolving tunnels that had to be held with two hand and had a back pack of energy tore through the  Confederation Thunder Soldiers. The carnage was immense as bodies and smaller ships was shattered into millions of pieces. Finally they were at the tank that sat at the other edge of the shipping bey. One the way so of the stray shots of the TS downed two of the D10C and they laid on the ground, not dead, but is agonizing pain.  Four of the D10C gathers around the tank. They were about the blow the opening when one of them just decided to open the door of the hover tank by placing  there had in the panel next to the door. It was not lock. The put away the explosive in happy surprised and rush to the  control panel at the front of the tank. They knew  they were about to get blow up if they did not fire quickly. It tool ten seconds for the weapon to get hot which to them seem to take forever. Pwani ya mashariki (Eastern Shore) then fire the shot. The ball of laser fire flash across the huge and immense shipping bay. The heat singe the TS as they were running to the tank to stop those renegades, but it was too late. The huge explosion shattered the titanium door. This know allowed for the pressure within the docking bay to exhaust anything that was not bottled. several dozen of the Confederation Light Troopers zoomed out of the docking bay into the ice cold dark of night. This was the moment the escape pod went out, but just in the nick of time. For in less than 10 seconds the shield covered the holes in the titanium plate even so the momentum of the exhaust carried some of the light troopers in the electrostatic shield were they were zapped light amanusian bugs in amanusian zap light. The carnage was palpable as was the silence. Then she came. Candace the empress of evil of the Dark Galaxy. As Prince Jua and the captain look her coming to the ship through the shattered shell of his troopers body, some dead, some trying to stand, it was as it nothing had happen to her.

The D10C tank flew toward the opening but they were shaken up, but okay. Candance order new troopers from the main gallery of the ship to secure the turn over space tank and the crew to start to repair the damage. Candance stopped at the light troopers stood around her to protect her, as if she needed protection. As they can closer to the ship they saw that the escape door was opened and one the ground level. The main exit was about five levels up. The commander of this platoon which consisted of him and five men and five women was cautions as they entered. Candance stopped outside of the entrance and soon there were close to 100 light troopers inside. Candance suit allowed to have a computer console within her helmet. She was able to see what the commander was seeing while also being aware of her surroundings. She communicated with him, " Hamsini na mbili (52), proceed with caution. Only fire is they fire. I want as many of them alive so that we can get intel in regards to the insurgents main base". The Commander Hamsini na mbili replied with a brisk, "Yes, Candance."

What he found was surprising. They have all surrendered. When the light troopers got to the open levels and entered into the commanded center which we found in the middle of the ship everyone had their hand up. Unbeknownst to the light troopers that they were ready to fight to the death if they were not able to surrender peacefully. Prince Jua and the Captain faced Candance and her towing figure. Her exoskeleton was all gold include her cap. Even though one could not see her body she was beautiful. The black boots went up to right below her knees. Her black gloves went right to below her elbows. She was well endowed even with this golden exoskeleton. Even so, around her main joints there were flexible rings which had blinking lights as if they would went out those joints would not move. They were around her ankles, outside of the boot, the elbows, knees, hips, and neck. They were stunning and formidable at the same time. There was the sound of the metronome that was also constant and it was said it could drive a person crazy. The light trooper stood behind him as he walked around the command center of the ship.

Candance shouting  at both of them, "Where is the Android?" Prince Jau responds, "What android?" Candance, "You will fell my wrath if you do not tell me where you have taken the Android?". With that she raised her hand towards the captain and he began to scream and the water within his body began to evaporate and the stream of his solid body began to reform as a cube within Candance hand. All was left was puddle of water and the to the shock of everyone she crush the cube. The cellular dust made a dust ball around her hand  that went hand  in hand with horrifying painful crunch. The seven  crew station with the command center gasped in anguish and they saw their beloved captain life end in such a  demeaning way. The light troopers who was all helmeted quietly in their best way possible tried to remain calm in the face of the carnage they just have witness. This was was not through to Prince Jua and the seven crew who  now began to sob.  Prince Jua, "You will be held responsible by my world."  Candance replies, "This what you think.. I have news for you." She then turned to the light troopers and snap. "Take them all away and place them into  our ships brig. Tear this ship apart to that we can find out where the insurgent's base". The light troopers then started to obey the command.  She turned with the flowing silver cap flowing around and behind her as she zip out of that doomed shipped command center.

Candance made it back to the command center of the massive battleship that was embedded deep into the depth of this massive ship. Mchezo Wa Nguvu (Power Play) was the ship's chief logistic officer. Candance, who was talk to two junior officers. "The report from the commander overseeing the search of the ship" he spoke briskly to Candance. He continued, "It seem that an escape pod was jettison towards the explosion of the docking's bay door that came from the shift tank. Candance, "The escape must then made its way to the this TP. I want a centurion platoon to be sent to the recover the android. I was it done now and I want results." "Yes, Candance." It will be done at once".

Meanwhile the escape capsule move toward this desert TP with the android and the two halo-droids.
