Oases - Dark Galaxy: A Science Fiction Story - Good versus Evil - Preface

It is thought that the Oasesians accidentally entered this Dark Galaxy by way of one of the 250,000 known transport portals (TPs) that populated this cluster of stars. The  Milky Way is approximately 100,000 light years across and approximately 20,000 light thick at its center.    It is populated by 100,000,000 stars in all stages of development.  The  Dark Galaxy is  sick and dying.  It was destroying itself in  that it has only 10,000,000 stars many who have gone supernova and many who are being sucked into the massive black hole at its center.  Hundreds of stars along, with its accompanying portals, are being destroyed each  Oasesian  year (366 Earth day). In less than 1,000,000 years this galaxy will be  no more and this region of the universe will be accompanied by a lone black hole. The dark skinned race that occupied this region of space called themselves the Oasesians. The descendants are from another galaxy that is either in parallel, in a multiverse, or a distance location in the present Dark Galaxy location. It is thought that they came from a desert Planet called Oases and hence there dark. skin. There are stories from that world which will be one day told.

The term oasis is defined as “a fertile spot in a desert, where water is found.” The Oasesian considered the transport portal (TP) as being an Oasis. These portals were huge and were built by a lone gone alien species, which they called the Beforians. They only had bit and pieces of their history and seem to have gone disappeared 100,000 years before the arrival of the Oasesians. The center of a TP was 1000 miles wide and was occupied by a simmering blue ocean  of a gelatinous electrostatic material about 100 miles thick. and 100 miles round in the middle of that 1000 mile wide platform. The TP's was 100 miles thick. I was amazing that the gravitational pull of the TPs were uniformed no matter where someone would stand on the platform.  No one has ever been able to determine what it is or even place it within a container to be studied. Around the circumference of the portal was a through of the about 10 miles. This circle was then surrounded by a platform that went out about 100 miles from the trough. No one has been  able to figure out how  the TPs were built or how the Beforians that built it.. 250,000 of the TPs have been mapped. However, many believe that each sun in this galaxy has a platform. The gelatinous gel   would corrode everything except when the Graphene cover starships pass through the starting speed of light. If one's ship was not at this speed when it hits the entry of the portal it will dissolve like a foam cup in acid. There were thousands of  languages, but the standard language was Swahili and the official   name of the dark  galaxy was Galaxy Nyeusi (Dark Galaxy).

The year of entry into the Dark Galaxy was 35,000 years from the time of recorded events began. As mentioned, it is thought that humans came from another galaxy from a planet called Oases, which was a desert-like planet about the size  of Earth.  This desert Earth was one large bowl of sand punctuated by Oasis and hence the name of the people called Oasisians. To the Oasesians the TP where giant oasis that preserved there life in this dangerous celestial region. .

This macrocosm was a galaxy containing many dangers to a space traveling species. There were gravitational wells, celestial ebbs, rough planets, planetoids, asteroids, and poisonous gas clouds, just to  name a few. Only at the TPs could life thrive. Most of the planets that did surround the suns of this galaxy were gas planets or planets that were not fit for life with acid and alkaline atmospheres. There was life, but they were occupied not by animals, but by  self aware plants and insects. There giant space whales and star sharks that migrated in the thousands at the speed of light which could destroy a starships in a flash. Space spores could eat through the graphene and the entire ship while the people inside. According to the story is was about  100,000 people on one large self contained city state star ship came through the portal.  There was much damage to the ship when it came through. They realize that they could not get back through due to the make of the ship. The probes would dissolve before their eyes.  However, they realized that there was a city and this is where they decided to make their due and make their home. That ship is now lost to time and maybe also to space. It was not easy for the first Oasesians and soon there was chaos. This is one of the many stories that will be told, but not at this time. 

    

This story is approximately 35,000  years after that fateful day when these dark skinned humans enter this galaxy. It was thought impossible, but it was done. One couple, Candance and Mansa, united the galaxy under their rule. However, this unity was brought about by war, greed, and trickery. Evil reigned supreme. However, a band of insurgents called “the waai” (the insurgents) recognized that something had to be done that was new and had never been tried before. Their goal was to create a galactic republic built on fairness, individual freedoms, and democracy. They wanted to counter evil with good.
